Recently, I went over a quick list of the Wellborn Cabinet options for you. I put these in an analogy of cars. Today let’s break it down further with just the Home Concepts. Just like your basic selection of cars, Home Concepts gives you an option of high quality at a cost effective price.
You have available for you 7 door style options to choose from. Species options are Maple, Oak, Laminate, and MDF. Within these door styles and wood species you can pick from 15 colors. Most popular is a coffee stain color or the MDF white paint color. If you have a low budget simple project Home Concepts is your product.
The construction is ½” furniture board with wood grain laminated. Face frames are ¾” x 1 ¾” solid wood face frame, assembled using mortise and tenon. ¾” adjustable shelves with ood grain lamination on 2 sides and banding on edges. The interiors of the box is natural maple wood grain or white laminate depending on your choice.
You do have the option to upgrade the drawers to 5/8” dovetail plywood box and under mount soft close slides. The dovetail joints will be unfinished. You can also upgrade the cabinet box to an all plywood box.
Remember, the customer is not buying a product from you. They are buying you. It is your job to give them the best quality product for their project. Home Concepts will run around 8% – 10% more than imported products but comes with a great quality that will last for years.
