New Look Refacing/DBA New Look Cabinets is celebrating our third year of being in business. In all that time I can honestly say that partnering with Cabinet Wholesalers Inc. has been the best business move we have ever made. Every single member of the Cabinet Wholesalers family (it really does feel like a family) have diligently worked to make us feel welcome, offer useful and constructive advice, and help us enhance and improve our business model. In particular, Spencer Ripley has gone out of his way to offer support, encouragement, hands on guidance, and training. To be honest I am still stunned at the level of support offered by Spencer and his team. Spencer has personally: #1) Met one on one with my partner/wife Marva and I to review our business model and needs (two hours on a Saturday). #2) Provided hundreds of dollars in samples and supplies. #3) Gave us (GAVE US!) a 12' display for the upcoming Cobb Galleria Home Show. #4) Set up and participated in a training class at Cabinet Wholesalers Inc. in Jasper to help us better transition to our new product offerings. After that meeting Spencer literally worked hand in hand with us to finalize our plans for the Home Show. #5) Delivered the display and a bunch of other materials and supplies to the Home Show. Helped set up the display and than worked the Home Show for two of three days. #6) Came back to the Galleria after the show ended to help me break down the display (at 8:00PM Sunday night on his only day off). #7) Drove to Alabama to be a part of our Welbourne Cabinets class room training in Alabama. #8) Provided a list of seven (#7) cabinet installers that he personally had worked with or knew of. We hired two of these people and couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Spencer did all of these things and we had not purchased even one cabinet from him. Last night Marva and I closed our first Welbourne kitchen sale. Additionally, we have wrapped a full JSI kitchen and vanity sale as well.
